This will include a one-time franchise fee of $40,000 and a 3-month cash reserve. The initial investment will cover essential expenses such as travel & living expenses, prepaid rent and deposit expenses, opening inventory and supplies, and any construction of leasehold improvements.

Founded by Chef Michael Feker, Il Mito Trattoria e Enoteca was born from a combination of Trattoria and Enoteca.
After graduating top of his class from California Culinary Academy & after 8 years of culinary practice and experience working for some of the most upstanding chefs & establishments in the country, Michael Feker decided to open his own restaurant and Il Mito was born. Since then, he has continued to pave the way as chef/ owner of an Italian restaurant that’s passionate about creating amazing dishes that his customers will love. Our fame has led us to be named top 50 restaurants in the country. From here there is nowhere else to go but up! Our mission is to create experiences for our guests through unpretentious and pure ingredients with fine service for great value.

Becoming a franchisee with Il Mito will mean that you’ll be in the business for yourself, but we guarantee that you will not be by yourself. Our training program will guide you through our processes and every phase of the business, giving you the necessary skills for the success of your franchise. The classroom training, 42 hours, will be an in-depth explanation of our history, marketing strategies, company protocols, and operations. While the on-the-job training, 96 hours, will be a more hands-on experience that will educate you further on our daily schedule.
